As I was driving, the sun was setting really fast, so I pulled over to find a spot and just started to take pictures of the stunning vista. This gem of a National Park will not disappoint you as it will give you beautiful displays of Mother Nature at her best. Enjoy this sun kissed rocks as a chilly September day came near its end!
During my visit to Acadia National Park I've got the opportunity to experience a lot of beautiful spots. The park is well maintained and, conveniently, has a road that goes completely around it: The Park Loop Road. This 27 mile road begins at the Hulls Cove Visitor Center (near Route 3 on the northern side of the island) and connects the Park's lakes, mountains, forests, and rocky coast. There are several parking areas and pullover points along the way.
