Nature will always take tour breath away! This right here is guaranteed to leave you speechless and wanting for more. This was taken on the road that exit the famous Budir Black Church in Iceland. What are you waiting to go and see it for yourself? Enjoy!!! As I was driving through the beautiful city of Akureyri in Iceland the clouds started getting in unusual shapes. One of those was kind of round and I started looking for a spot to capture this unique scene. A few miles down the road I found a small pond with calm waters that created a perfect reflection. I took advantage of this, so I set up everything and fired away. This was the final result, enjoy!!! Reflection in AkureyriThis is simply a nature lover and photographer’s dream stop. It doesn’t matter what angle you take a photo from, it is sure to be a winner. The Icelandic government has helped restore the falls by adding gravel paths and cleaning up what had turned into a muddy mess. This is one of the most beautiful and most photographed parts of Iceland. Enjoy!!! Kirkjufellsfossn. the realization that each random passerby is living a life as vivid and complex as your own—populated with their own ambitions, friends, routines, worries and inherited craziness—an epic story that continues invisibly around you like an anthill sprawling deep underground, with elaborate passageways to thousands of other lives that you’ll never know existed, in which you might appear only once, as an extra sipping coffee in the background, as a blur of traffic passing on the highway, as a lighted window at dusk. This country stole my heart, it made me realize that nature will always be there to easy your pains, to comfort you. Beauty is around us, take a second to enjoy it, to admire it, to get lost in it. Today I realized that every one has a story so different and unique. We forge our own future through our steps in life. Make every step count, enjoy!!! SonderThere is another waterfall called Gljúfrabúi very close to Seljalandsfoss. Gljúfrabúi is 40 meters high and in front of it is a big rock almost covering it so it is difficult to see the lower part of the waterfall. Visiting Gljúfrabúi is a different experience from visiting Seljalandsfoss as you walk behind Seljalandsfoss, but right into Gljúfrabúi. It is best to wear wet weather shoes and a raincoat if there is a lot of drizzle. It is difficult taking photos when inside as the light shining from above is too bright and there is a lot of drizzle. I decided to photograph it from the entrance as one visitor was inside the gorge close to the waterfall. Enjoy!!! Intimacy |
