As I keep going through my hard drives searching for pictures that are buried deep within them and almost forgotten, I came across this one. I don't remember all the details about why we stopped at this particular spot while driving around Iceland, but looking back, I'm glad I did. I remember that it rained most of the day and probably stopped there to stretch our legs for a little bit. Since our time is limited when we travel, I always take my camera with me looking for any sort of interesting subjects to snap a pic. I went with a long exposure to sort of take advantage of all the mist and fog and give it some character. I think it came out good. What do you think? Today I bring you an extremely beautiful place located right next to the road, Siete Chorros. This waterfall is defined by having seven different waterfalls, hence its particular name. Great place to spend a family day and calm the heat. Waterfall Dreams - Siete ChorrosA little over 2 years ago I accepted a job in the continental United States, which led me to move from my native Puerto Rico to the state of Florida. For this reason, both my family and I went through a moment of transition in the which the focus was on adjusting to our new environment and concentrating all our energies on assimilating the changes. For that reason, my hobby of landscape photography took a back seat. Today, 2 years later I decided to return to something that fills me with energy and renews my soul. Looking in the files of my hard drives I noticed that there are still photos that I took and have never seen the light of day. That's why after taking a break from landscape photography for 2 years I share with you a photo I took of a spectacular place called Amicalola Falls State Park in Georgia. Amicalola FallsWith so many waterfalls on the Oregon side of the Columbia River Gorge is easy to get lost admiring their mesmerizing beauty. There are so many of them that for me was difficult to leave this magnificent part of the Pacific Northwest. Enjoy!!! This change allowed the sun rays to sneak in through the dense tree foliage creating this amazing view. Silver Falls State Park in Oregon---such a wonderful and magnificent place to enjoy nature!
