This one was taken right before the ride was about to close. I rushed in and asked the Cast Member if I could capture the room for my blog. He answered yes without hesitation. After I was done I exited the attraction via a real working elevator used by the employees. Gracias!!! Away from home... on deployment. As some of you might know, I'm a service member. At the moment of this blog post I'm deployed with my unit and therefore, away from home. The hardest part of the deployment is being far away from the family and my kids. To make time go by faster, I brought my camera and soon I'll be posting some of the pictures that I've been taking. Night view of El Condado This shot was taken from the ninth floor of the Caribe Hilton Hotel in San Juan, Puerto Rico. The view was fantastic as we just had a thunderstorm that passed by. There's no secret that I love to vacation at Disney World. One of the most interesting parks to go and to photograph is Epcot. I recommend going to the different Pavilions and take your time to scout the area and look for the perfect location. For this one, I was ready about one hour before the start of the fireworks show. I wanted to include the main element (Tori Gate), the lasers, the fireworks and a nice reflection. In order to end up with the shot I was after, I used a cable release. Tori Gate at night |
